What are the benefits of Devant’s Image DyeTM process?

The most popular logo application, our patented Image DyeTM process, presents the sharpest, highest quality image while maintaining the absorbency and soft feel of the towel.

The Image DyeTM process utilizes environmentally friendly water based dyes. This proprietary process allows the logo color to be infused into the towel fibers while presenting an exceptionally crisp graphic. 

What is the difference between the Arbor Collection and the Cotton Collection in the woven towels?

The Arbor Collection blends wood and cotton fibers for a luxurious golf towel with 10 beautiful yarn colors to choose from. The wood fibers provide increased rub strength to remove dirt and are mold/mildew resistant. The Bloom Collection offers a super absorbent 100% cotton towel with 78 vibrant yarn colors to select from in the color pallet.  

Can I mix and match colors and towel sizes to meet the minimums of my order?

Yes, varied towel sizes and colors can be used as long as the chosen logo remains the same size on different sized towels. The logo has to be applied with the same process, for example all embroidery or all Image DyeTM. Sir Christopher Hatton towels cannot be combined with Devant towels to meet the minimums of an order.

I ordered 100 towels, why did I receive 108?

Devant has a 6% over/under policy on Image DyeTM and embroidery towels; Sir Christopher Hatton has a 10% over/under policy on wovens. If you have any further questions about our policy please feel free to contact our Customer Service department at 800-234-3487 or devantcs@devantsporttowels.com.

What types of art files are acceptable?

Vector art is preferred (.ai, .pdf, .eps, .cdr), .psd, .jpg (high resolution), .tif (high resolution). 

When can I expect my towel to ship?

Devant prides itself on a quick turnaround time for towels! All of our custom towels go through a unique process that begins with towel design. Once a final design concept is approved you can expect your towel to ship within the appropriate window (noted below). Rush orders are available; please contact our customer service department for details (additional charges may apply).

Can a 72 piece order be split shipped?

Orders of 72 pieces cannot be split shipped. Quantities of 144 pieces or more may be split shipped which is called our ‘Pack & Hold Program’. This program allows you to ship half of your order and the balance of your order must ship within 6 months. The product will not be invoiced until shipped. 

What is a color match (washout) fee?

The color match fee is applied to orders where the logo color is changed out to match the border color of the towel. For example: an order of 72 Image DyeTM Edge towels is placed with 24 black/white towels, 24 navy/white towels and 24 hunter/khaki towels. The customer requests the logo color to match the border color on each towel. A fee of $25 per color match is required (the first color match is no charge) so there would be an additional $50 applied to the order as the color match or washout fee.

Do you have a logo set-up fee?

NO! All digitizing and set-up work is free of charge.

What carrier do you use to ship orders?

FedEx is the preferred carrier however we can ship via UPS, DHL or common carrier if needed.
