Key Responsibilities:

  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including, salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Research and analyze trends in compensation and benefits to propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manage the staffing processing from recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality while providing clarity for all employees regarding their role and the overall company vision.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives performance
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Explain and be the primary contact regarding company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees and job applicants
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Perform benefits and HR Management System invoice reconciliation to ensure the continued accuracy of employee benefits and payroll setup with benefits to include:
    • Health Insurance
    • Dental Insurance
    • Vision Insurance
    • 401(K) with Match and Profit Share
    • Supplemental Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospitalization)
    • Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, AD&D Insurance
    • Voluntary Life, Spousal, and Child Insurance
    • Pre-Paid Legal Services
    • Identity Theft Protection
  • Support and maintain employee engagement initiatives that support Dynamic Brands’ organizational goals and culture
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using HR Management System Software

Office Administration Responsibilities:

  • Address and manage all employee queries regarding office management issues (ex. Contact with leasing office regarding service issues)
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Coordinate with IT Department on necessary office equipment
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement these new systems


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Human Resources Management
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
